Yeah, I know exactly how you feel about it. Becouse withn that fear, I don't know, it's just like you can't do anything without worrying about it.
Well...I can't say I don't have it now, but it's just like a soft fear down inside me.
Look, I hate phsycologist becouse I think people should solve their own problems without any other person, so I didn't went to it. But maybe you should go, it's a way to quit out some height over your shoulders.
Second, when you're having a panic attack, you know, just bearthe deeply and think only in the breathing part. Almost all time it's just a sensation of the fear, so just try to focus your mind in another thing, breath deeply and that. Almost all time you will feel better. Just distract yourself on thinking on it.
Third, just don't think about it. Feel relaxed, try to avoid it of your mind. Play sports, or do some activitie you really like so you'll be focused in other things than that. It should work.
One thing that helps me a lot when I feel sick is chewing gum, mint flavoured. However, don't think in doing it if you didn't take your breakfast or it could be worse. Just try it, becouse almost all the time is not really sickness but anxiety and it'll help you to feel a little more relaxed.
